01

THE VENUE

It starts with a seat. And permission.

A venue releases specific seats, boxes or suites—not its ownership. A commercial license defines the inventory, permitted events, restrictions and responsibilities.

SPECIFIED INVENTORY · VENUE CONTROL

02

THE COMMERCIAL LICENSE

Defined rights.An active operator.

An operator receives a defined term and takes on real booking, marketing and guest-service responsibilities. This is an operating agreement, not a passive investment.

FIXED TERM · ACTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

03

THE GUEST EXPERIENCE

Real guests.An extraordinary view.

The operator markets authorized access, books guests against eligible event inventory and services the experience. Each booking respects the venue’s rules and licensed rights.
